• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any warranty that results from using this Service will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose

4. Not Professional Advice

The output of this Service (including scores, reports, recommendations, and teaser sheets) is generated by artificial intelligence for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, investment banking, tax, or professional business advisory advice. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional guidance. 5. Limitation of Liability

7. Access Code & Eligibility

Access to the Service is restricted to individuals who have purchased a valid copy of Pre-Diligence by Steven Gurley and possess a valid access code. Each access code is intended for the sole use of the book purchaser. You may not share, transfer, sell, or distribute your access code. Steven Gurley reserves the right to revoke access codes at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all AI-generated content, software, design, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Steven Gurley. Reports and documents generated by the Service are for your personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

9. Changes to These Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee.
